Rwanda Integrated Mountain Center for Sustainable Development (RIMCSD) was established in January 2017 by Mountain Ecosystem- Based  Cooperatives operating along Congo-Nile Divide to support the implementation of the out comes from World Mountain forum held in Mbale-Uganda in October 2016.

The members of  RIMCSD act as Mountain Ecosystem Defenders while RIMCSD as their umbrella.
